Q: IS THERE A LIST OF BOOKED THEATERS?

A: Check strangehappymovie.com to see the full list. Some theaters have been added since Aug. 31. 

 

Q: WHEN DO I GET MY SEATZY TICKET?

A: If you received confirmation from Amazon that your card was charged you will receive an email from Seatzy by the end of day Monday, Sept. 9 with instructions on how to get your ticket code. Make sure you check your junk mail. 

 

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T GET THE SEATZY TICKET EMAIL?

A: If by Wed. Sept. 11 you haven't received your Seatzy email (and it's not in your junk folder) email their support team: support@seatzy.com 

 

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY SHOWTIME OR GET A REFUND?

A: Unfortunately no. If your plans changed and you can't make your showtime, perhaps find a friend who could use  a nice gift.

 

Q: CAN I JUST SHOW UP AT THE BOX OFFICE IF I DIDN'T RESERVE ON SEATZY?

A: Absolutely! Bring your friends with you.


Q: CAN I STILL RESERVE TICKETS EARLY IF I WANT?

A: Yes, but not through Seatzy. Go to the links on our website to be directed to Fandango or a similar service that you can use to pre-purchase tickets.

 

Q: DOES THE MOVIE ONLY PLAY ON SEPT. 13?

A: Nope. It will play at least through Sept. 19. Perhaps longer if it performs well during the week. So help spread the word.

 

Q: MY CREDIT CARD GOT DECLINED ON AMAZON FOR MY SEATZY TICKETS. WHAT DO I DO?

A: Seatzy will not recharge your card. If you still want tickets (and we hope you do) just show up at the box office.
